DRZ-400 Low Fender Mount

Work in progress. I think this is mostly complete. Modeled off the OEM fork leg clamps used to secure the bottom of the fork boots, etc., but with an extra section for mounting a fender. Use at your own discretion as a failure at speed could be hazardous.
