Yet another LED lightbar bracket for the Prusa MK2, MK2S, MK2.5, MK3 printer.

I really like having a LED lightbar mounted out in front of the extruder motor at the top of Z axis. I have been using one of the models that encorporated the bracket into the Z-Top brackets. I wanted to tweak the hole size on my Z-tops so the rods fit tighter and didn't want to remake the Z-top with integrated bracket from scratch and frankly hate editing STLs.
