Border for interlocking Settlers of Catan hex tiles

After trying the original models from Baymaxums (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2133068) I found the puzzle piece connectors were very tight with almost no tolerance between the pieces. I simply cut about 0.5mm out of the socket sides of the models.

The pieces now fit snugly, but easily together in PLA, in ABS with a little bit more shrinkage the joints are a little looser, but still perfectly fine for the purpose.
