Anet A8 Titan Extruder & 3D Touch mount

Edited Dalewh's model, so it could fit a standard extruder motor from an Anet A8 (42SHDC3025-24B motor).

Also changed the way the extruderfan is mounted. You can now use a bolt and a nut to attach the fan.

It is also possible to tighten the construction to the (drylin) bearings with a bolt and a nut.

Belt tensioning also done in a different way.

I haven't been able to print it yet, once I have I will post some pictures. My Anet nozzle broke, so I am waiting for a replacement part, so
