Tornado Z axis cable drag chain bracket

This is a remix to include enough space under the stepper for disconnecting/reconnecting its cable, and extending the drag chain interface by 30mm in order to provide more room for the filament to enter the extruder. Since it is mounted by a single bolt and can rotate, it also has an extra cutout near the bolt entry so that if it rotates it will not prevent the Z limit switch from operating.
