BLtouch mount for DBot CoreXY

This is a remixed design of axelsp's D-Bot Hotend clamp with BLTouch mount.

It was modified to hold the BLTouch in front of the extruder, which makes room for fans on the side of the extruder and also brings the sensor closer to the nozzle.

To mount the BLTouch I recommend putting a M3 washer between the printed part and the sensor. To finely adjust the spacing between the nozzle and the bed, tighten the bolts. This forces the washer to deform the printed piece slightly.
