Prusa Bear Power Supply Box for Meanwell PS

When I updated my MK2S to version 2.5, I began having intermittant power supply issues. When the printer was cold, choosing Preheat from the menu would cause the printer to restart. If I started the bed heating, waited a few seconds, then started the hot end heat, it would work OK. The initial startup surge was too much for the power supply.
