X Belt tensioner - remake

modified it to fit much better into the original right side part.

+ U a little wider (+1mm each side) - for less space and so less movement
+ the 4 square hole for the ball-bearing 0,5mm wider, now you can tighten the screw without blockade the ball-bearing
+ M4 screws and nuts! (not the ball bearing screw, thats original)
+ little knobs for centering on the metal axes! no movement

i took M4x30mm screws and they fit perfect.
