SpaceMouse for Cura 3.2.1

Have a Space Mouse? I bet you want to use it with Cura :)
Here is my mod that allows to control tilt and pan using the Space Mouse setup as KMJ (Keyboard Mouse Joystick) emulator
I modified CameraTool.py to use U, H, Left, Right for tilting and I,J,K,L for panning
Up and Down will still work for tilting, but since they are also used to move between layers in Layer View i had to add U and H as an alternative

Cura.xml is the config for 3dconnexion software and goes in "C:\Prog
