Bowden Tube Collet Holders

These are just printable bowden tube mounts. The benefit to using these is that there is no need for clips to prevent the bowden tube from moving.
I should note that there is a short 1/8 npt fitting, a long 1/8 npt fitting, an M8 fitting, and a fitting made to mount with 2 M3 screws. The long fitting was made to clear the large drive on my extruder and the M3 mount will bolt onto the Reach 3D head.
