Allen Key to Hex Driver handle adapter Mk3

A few improvements to my first version ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2832518 )

1 - 20mm more allen key extends through the Tip, the 1st version Tip was too long - hiding most of the Allen Key wasn't very useful IMHO

2 - thicker walls - I actually managed to crack a couple of 1st version handles, when I used LOTS & LOTS of force.

You can easily see the difference in available Allen Key length on the photos, as well as the thicker walls on the new version
