Prusa MK* LCD Knob

Fixed the improper sized shaft hole and also added a 25% smaller version for those of you that think the original knob was way to big. (like me)

The hole should measure approx. .236" once printed. Make sure you scrape the edge of the hole, most likely it will have a small lip (elephant foot).
