Broken Outlet Cover

Just another outlet cover. This one says "INOP" (short for inoperative) for use in an outlet that isn't working. An inlay of the letters is included for two color printing.

There are plenty of covers on the site that are designed to be difficult for a child to remove. This cover is designed only to indicate that an outlet is not working.
