Why another drill bit holder?

Some good reasons for this holder:
- There is room for a 3.2 mm drill bit. You need to drill a hole of 3.2 mm if you want to use an M4 screw tap.
- In case a drill bit breaks, there is one spare, except fot 10 mm, these don't break that easy.
- A 1mm drill is used for through hole PCB's.
