Sirius tripod mount

This allows one to mount a dovetail clamp to an empty Sirius tripod. The large central hole is sized correctly to be tapped with a M10x1.5 metric thread for the mounting bolt. I chose to tap it instead of trying to print the threads only for tolerance reasons as this is the old bolt that holds the adapter to the tripod. The top (larger cylinder) has two holes in it that are across center and spa
