MKS Mini 12864 (MINI12864LCD) enclosure - Side SD Slot

This is a remix of the enclosure created by Lordwimsey. The MKS 12864 LCD module version i got has a side SD card slot, instead of at the front.

Edited the step files to allow for the side SD slot entry, adjusted the dimensions of the PCB mounting points and internal dimensions so my LCD module PCB would fit inside the enclosure.

This is the LCD that i made the enclosure fit.
