It has two additional screw points for better stabilization and so if your hotend hits something hard it doesn't twist the mount and bugger up the rest of your print. It has upper and lower supports as well, just for fun. And just incase they ever prove necessary. One version extends the same as the original, the other extends another 10mm. Fits gearbest E3D V6 clones perfectly, should fit genuine E3D V6 as well.
