Flying Extruder mount for Anycubic Kossel Plus Linear

Extension to mount a Flying Extruder onto Anycubic Kossel Plus Linear.
Designed in two parts. Just unscrew the two arms from the gantry and pull over both parts. Fix the parts with a M4x20mm screw + nut. The screw serves as stage for rubber band, silicon tube, spring, ...
