T-800 Terminator Exoskull movable Jaw Fix

The teeth in the original jaw have some weird geometry that couldn't be sliced properly and there were some mid-air elements that I removed.

I also removed the authors text because it was also giving me slicing issues (both outside one and the odd inside one).
