This is a walkway which is part of my Necromunda collection. It was designed to be cut from 4mm material and the files have been converted to 3mm. Pictures are of the original.

The files lets you make one long walkway that attaches to a narrow connection point at one end, and a wide connection point at the other. The railing has an opening where you can attach this ladder:
