Filament Cleaner Upgrade

This is a remix between two filament cleaners on thingiverse.

I loved CarstenD's model with the screw on cap to hold in the sponge, but I did not want to mod/buy any new hardware (bolts) to attach it. So I decided to mix CarstenD's cleaner with a screw on cap with LynchMob_Lerry's attachment method.
