DuetWiFi Mount for Rostock Max V2

This is a mounting plate designed to replace the Rambo mounting plate in the SeeMeCNC Rostock Max V2. I designed it to hold the DuetWiFi but it will probably work for the non-WiFi version as well. I haven't tested it though. I kept the same design of putting the tabs at the top so it can slip in place. I also moved the fan hole a little bit to accommodate the positioning of the stepper drivers on the Duet. Please feel free to comment with suggestions, improvements, etc.
