Iron Railing Caps for LED Solar Lanterns

Some insert caps for iron railings one with a hole that fits a mounting brackets that can attach to some solar lanterns. I don't know the type of lanterns these are but they seem to fit with most garden hooks. The center hole diameter for the mount is ~10mm and the outer diameter is ~28mm. The cap inserts are 44mm each side.
