Platform for KSL Tab (Lowered shelf)

This is a remix of my own design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2923463 where I have moved the holes for the screws up and therefore lowing the level of the shelf so that the platform can be used to rest your thumb on top rather than underneath.

The spacing on the holes is designed for the KSL Platform Tab with a little wiggle room.
