BLTouch Bracket for Charlstruder with E3D v5

Bracket to mount a BLTouch Bed Levelling sensor directly in front of a E3D v5 hot-end with a Charlstruder Extruder. I would recommend using a very thin Heatbreak Fan shroud as I've placed the sensor as close to the nozzle as possible.

The BLTouch probe pin sits 22mm directly infront of the nozzle (Y-offset).
