CR-10 FANG OEM Carriage plate with integrated EZABL mount

This is a version of the carriage mount for the CR-10 Fang OEM modular kit this is a remix of, with the EZABL mount integrated. This should work with both the V2 and V3 fangs.

Offset for the sensor using this is X 50 Y -7.
