Prusa i3 Clone Z Axis Top Mount Upgrade with Bearing mount

An upgraded Z-Axis top mount for a wood prusa clone.
The holes will fit directly to the bearing mounts supplied with most 8mm Lead Screw upgrade kits out there.
I decided to make these mounts, since all the ones I found, catered for the bearing only, without its mount, and required drilling the frame.
4 X M4 Screws are required to mount the bearing to the mount, along with 4 Nuts (Lock Nuts are advised) and 4 washers
