Arduino Nano DaVinci 1.0 Filament Cartridge Resetter 2

Remixed to eliminate the battery and go back to the pogo pins (the wire-version was very fiddly). Also reduced the width to fit better in a cartridge of mine that was a bit tight, bumped up the height of the inner "rails" so that the Nano sits flat, added polarity indicators to help with wiring, and added some clips to hold the board in. Bonus: It's smaller.
