TEVO Tornado Ultrabase Upgrade - support for Fang cooler

Very simple mod of this excellent set of Ultrabase holders.
Adds an additional hole in front-left clamp, to allow head with fang cooler (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2773536) to home, without clipping the mount.

Also modded my starting g-code, to move away from the clamp prior to trying to wipe
