Anet A8 Connecting Rod Spool Holder

This spool holder replaces the upper left frame cap on the Anet A8. It utilizes the threaded spool holder rod that comes in the Anet kit. This also incorporates the bearing mount for the Z-Wobble guide. This works well when the extruder motor is relocated away from the extruder nozzle.
