12x12 (1806) to 16x19 (2205) motor adapter

Simple adapter for 12x12mm frame to 16x19mm motor. In my case I had a 1806 motor-mount that I wanted to use with a 2205 motor. Holds fine with a couple screws, or zip-ties. PLA or ABS should work.
