BCN3D Sigma SOVB Spool holder

SOVB Spools have a larger internal ans external diameter than most standard spools, and do not accommodate with BCN3D standard spool holders.
This modified version raises the spool vertically by 1cm, enough to make it usable.

The V1 was not strong enough, the V2 works fine.
