Fluid Flywheel clutch

i had this in my head for a long time and i finally sat down and designed it
it is for RC cars and is about 60mm diameter, it requires
6x (m3x18) bolts
3x m3 nuts
2x (external 22mm internal 8mm) bearings (figit spinner ones)
water.
all you need to do is bolt the spinners to the shafts and then bolt the outer cases together. then fill with water (you will need to drill a hole for this then put a bolt in it.7
