laser mount for sturdy fang

based off the https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2763931 design

to mount a laser to the CR-10 gantry plate

replaces FANG-oz-carriage-plate.stl

I advise against it because it adds weight to the carriage, but ghosting doesnt seem to show up under 45mm/s

not perfect, but I think the lasermount 2 is what I am currently using
