Pipe Flange Basics with Threads

This is a remix of a basic parametric pipe flange to accommodate threaded pipe using Dan Kirshners thread library ( http://dkprojects.net/openscad-threads/ ). Some options:

+ pipe size
+ pipe angle from perpendicular
+ wall thickness
+ square or round flange
+ quantity and style of mounting holes
+ American National Standard Taper Pipe Thread teeth per inch

This remix doesn't use Customizer since it doesn't work well with libraries.
