Idea credit "Lorifish" Simple handle that allows you to carry plastic shopping bags on a bike. Easily clips onto handle bars. Handle be it plastic or rope sides into v cut end pulled taught. Goes out hole in side over top back in then around post on the other side. loop once or twice over it's self and should stay put and not rock into your spokes as is common. Excess weight is not hung off clip as it goes over top of the bars.
