Cable Holder (extended)

Cable holder based on bardiaesm's design but extended to hold more cables. Measurement may not be the same as the author's as this was sketch from scratch. The first version gap is 3mm.

Update 15th Jul 2018:
Added 2 more version:
1. 2.5mm gap for thinner cables
2. 2.5mm, 2.7mm, 3mm gap for thin and thicker cables
