FT-5 Fang Fan Sensor Mount

I have added an Inductive sensor mount to DuMonYu's Fang Fan. I run a breakout board in the back of my extruder and wanted auto bed leveling. With my setup there was no where to put a sensor that would clear everything. So, I made this. This is made for an 18mm inductive probe.

I do not know the offsets for it yet.
