Makita 2040 dust collector attachment

This replaces the top guard of the Makita 2040 planer with a 4" dust collection attachment. I've also seen versions with the dust hose coming in from the side that allows the guard and top rollers to remain in place which might work better for some. My DC hose drops from the ceiling so this was a better design for me.
