update 02.06.2021 - I uploaded my Fusion360 project files - I don't own the mft mounts used for it - note that my model was made to be printable without supports but that might cause issues with some lenses - so to adapt it for your needs you may need supports when printing. D mount on MFT will never cover the full image - I used it on a smaller sensor (dS16) and it didn't cover half of it with an old d8 zoom lens.

V1 does not fit the active MFT - no clearance for the conection pins
