Palette+ SD Card Guide

Due to some clumsiness I managed to drop the SD card inside my Palette+. it can be tricky due to the lack of a guide, just a hole in the case with the socket somewhere inside.
Additionally less than 1 mm of the SD Card protrudes outside the case of the Palette+, which makes remove fiddly; this was simply fixed by putting a piece of clear tape on the back edge of the SD card.
