Remixed Hot End Fan Mount with Metal Bosses

I broke a fan blade and went for the Noctua. I had been running a Fang but I noticed that from time to time the mount would work loose. This is because it is impossible to get tension into the screws when tightening onto plastic.
I remixed this to allow for the mounting of some metal bosses. I used 7mm OD, 3mm ID, 5mm thick aluminium bosses and epoxied them in.
Hopefully no issue from here on in.
