This is a simplified remix, printable without support.

I used the 2-in-1 fan https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:839620 (E3D V6) or
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1091522 (E3D V6 Volcano); or the more complex https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2449326 I recently started to use.

Update 2018/07/09: added V1.3 which has multiple mounting holes for E3D V6 Volcano option too.
