Belt idlers' spacers and washers for Tevo Tarantula

The default nylon spacers are much wider than the bearing of idlers. So if turn screws tight, the idlers stop rotating wearing out the belt and creating extra force for the steppers. If keep screws loose, then idler is rotating, but the screw has big backlash, freely oscillating, therefore reducing positioning precision and badly affects print quality.

Those things are replacement for those default nylons spacers, they made in the conic form, so they press only against the inner part of idler
