Permobil Powerchair Unitrack Rail Phone Holder

RAM mount makes a great phone holder for the per mobile power chair. Unfortunately you have to go through a dealer and the only part that is specific to a power chair is the mounting bracket. So I ordered some individual parts from Amazon and mounted them to this realm out that I designed.
