Quick change spool holder

Yet another spool holder.
Not sure if what I wanted wasn't yet designed or I simply couldn't find it, so I mashed up my own.
The idea was to have a quick change spool holder so the spool can be changed without taking off 6 nuts and 18 washers from a threaded rod and losing half of them in the process. There are multiple such holders but most of them don't use bearings, and I really wanted to have a smooth rolling spool which only bearings can provide. Having a plastic spool weighing over 1
