Fanatec hub QR 52mm to 74mm wheel adapter

This is a adapter for Fanatec Hub QR 52mm to 74 mm wheel. I also made 52mm to 70mm adapter, unfortunately I do not have 70mm wheel. So I cannot test the adapter. If someone want, please leave a message on comment.
