Mount for 40mm fan and bl-touch mount

A remix of the clamp from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2630027 based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2099577 that holds a 40mm fan (I am using a noiseblocker 40mm fan, cheap and very silent) and an original BL-touch.

I am using a E3D clone with a height of 63mm (top to nozzle tip - measure without push-fit) in combination with the CarriageV2_3__63mm_AnetA8_E3Dv6_Mount.stl from the original design and a genuine antclabs | BLTouch and it fits perfect. The needle is approx 3mm above
