Bonne Maman Mug handle

This is my take on [LeFabShop](https://www.thingiverse.com/LeFabShop)'s excellent handle that converts used *Bonne Maman* jam jars into awesome upcycled mugs.

I made two small tweaks:
* There are 12 cutouts in the original design, whereas *Bonne Maman* jars have 10 sides. It always bothered me that they didn't align, even if the style was very well captured. My design aligns perfectly with the jar.
* I've made a tiny chamfer on the tabs to make screwing the handle on a tiny bit easier and t
