Shimano Pedal Tool (TL-PD40) for Park Tool BBT-9

I needed a Tool to remove the spindle from my SPD pedals. Shimano sells the TL-PD40 for this purpose, but I don't have a large enough wrench or the appropriate Bottom Bracket tool to turn it with. So I whipped up a version that will fit the BB tool I do own, a Park Tool BBT-9 for my Hollowtech II BB. I also added grips around the edge for easier hand turning.
